It’s Never Too Late to Start Taking Care of You
As women, especially over 40, we wear many hats — and somehow, we manage to wear them all at once. For me, that means working a full-time job, managing my content creator side hustle, running a household where I’m the only female (yes, that includes all the laundry, meals, and the never-ending “Mom, where’s my…” questions 😅), and being there for my 73-year-old mom. It’s a lot. And like so many of you, there are days I’m completely drained. But what I’ve learned — sometimes the hard way — is that if I don’t take care of myself, everything else around me starts to crumble. Turning 40 doesn’t mean slowing down; it means showing up differently.
