Go for your goals!

I just finished my Monday morning work out and my feel good endorphins are flowing. Exercise for me truly is a gift and I feel blessed to be healthy.

While I was exercising this morning I was thinking about our passions and what motivates and inspires us and it's obviously different for everyone. My passion has always been fitness, when I was younger it was about looking good and fitting into a size 6 or 8 and having a toned body. I even studied Personal Training, Sport Massage, I am also a qualified Indoor Cycling Instructor and I did this while working full time and raising twins as a single parent. My passion for fitness has evolved as I got older, it is not about having the perfect body anymore. I want to use it to inspire, motivate and encourage people especially women to take care of the bodies the Lord has blessed us with through my blog and social media platforms. I also want to use it to do good, by raising funds for underprivileged children that is why I'm working with 2feet4TB and D4D. I have other goals I'm working towards as well, watch this space.

What I am trying to say is when you are passionate about something or when you have a desire to do something don't allow doubters, haters and naysayers to talk you out of it. If it is your dream to start a business do your research and find out what it will take to start that business. If you are unhappy in your job and want to change careers go back to school and study for that profession. It might mean taking out a student loan, studying part-time or saving money first but it is not impossible.

Go for your goals and work with what you have. I'm not saying it will be easy because it is not, but it is worth it.
